BDO History

Our story is one of continuously responding to ever changing client needs:

• 1963 - founded by firms from Canada, Germany,    Netherlands, United Kingdom, USA and known as Binder Seidman International Group
• 1973 - adopted the name Binder Dijker Otte & Co
• 1988 - established a world wide structure and placed the BDO acronym before each local member firm’s name in every country
• 2010 - known simply as ‘BDO’ world wide

BDO auditas ir apskaita, UAB was established at the end of the year 1998. On 1 June 2002 the Company became a member firm of International Accounting and Consulting Organization BDO International.

Being a member of the International audit, accounting and tax advisory companies group, BDO auditas ir apskaita, UAB has adopted Group experience in various fields of in specialized services.
