Manager/Senior Manager, Audit & Assurance

In this role, you will:
- Keep proper client relationship, keep clients informed about project progress, address any issues or discrepancies, advise team for timely project completion
- Engage with clients and provide professional advice. Manage client portfolio and seek project profitability.
- Lead audit and assurance projects within established budgets and agreed timelines. Plan projects, review work done by team, ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensure following BDO risk management and quality control procedures
- Have a strong understanding of BDO audit methodology and advise project team on focus needed
- Lead project team for top performance
- Constantly develop professional qualification keeping up to date with industry relevant regulation developments and market trends
- Understanding client business needs and refer them to relevant services areas of the firm
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, audits, team management.
- Excellent understanding of LFAS, IFRS, ISA
- Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience of managing project portfolio and project teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, people management skills.
- Project time and efforts budget management experience
- Proactivity, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, team development, sufficient IFRS, ISA, project management professional knowledge.
- Lead audit projects for international groups.
- Audit/work experience in financial sector.
- ISA audit experience in Big 4.
- ACCA or Lithuanian Statutory Auditor certification.
- Positive attitude and high level of personal drive to foster change initiatives

Salary starting from €4300 gross. The final offer depends on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
